Lactation Office: The Sylvan Park office is located at 334 46th Avenue North, Unit A, Nashville, TN 37209 in side OMT of Nashville. This is a 2nd floor, home-like office in an historic building. There is no ramp or elevator access. If you have mobility/accessibility needs, please reach out to your IBCLC to discuss your options. There is plenty of parking in the paved lot behind the building and in the gravel lot adjacent to that. Take the stairs that you can see on the outside of the building.  We are the 1st door on the left. Come on in!
