Weigh To Go, Baby!
A free, weekly support group for mothers and babies.
This free, weekly support group is for mothers and their babies, whether they are nursing or bottle feeding, using breastmilk, formula, or solid foods. We welcome all! While some groups will have a guest speaker, there will always be time for individual questions and concerns. You are welcome to weigh your baby during the group. We have comfortable seating, nursing pillows, and a variety of baby toys to entertain your little one.
Babies and snacks are welcome! Bring your pump if you need to use it or have questions about it.

When: Every Thursday 10AM-12PM
Location: 334 46th Avenue North, Unit A, Nashville, TN 37209 inside OMT of Nashville
Park behind the building and in adjacent gravel lot; 2nd floor, up stairs you can see from the parking lot, no ramp or elevator access

What: Walking Group - light stroll while we chat about breastfeeding questions - Leah always has her scale for weight checks at the end.
When: Most Thursdays we meet at 8am to walk the Hartsville City Park track that runs along the creek. Email Leah to confirm.
